Main introduction to enzymes (2)

Hi everyone.

I have already posted the basic things about enzymes, like what are enzymes and how they are formed. So, now we shall see what types of enzymes there are. There are 3 major groups of enzymes:

1. Proteases, which eats or breaks down proteins
2. Lipases, which eats or breaks down fats
3. Amylases, which eats of breaks down carbohydrate

However, out of the 3 major groups here, only Amylase enzymes work solely in digestion. So the focus for my research question will be put on Amylase enzymes.
